Water Parks, Sickness, and The Scissor Sisters
So, as of late I have been pretty sick. Not the greatest start to Summer. I’m pretty sure I coughed up a lung yesterday and today is no improvement. However, I just got back on Sunday from the Wisconsin Dells. We stayed at Kalahari Resort and it was truly unbelievable. You could step into the place and never need to leave. They have everything accounted for. The resort is gorgeous and the food is great. The pools and lazy river make for a really fun time.
Also in my list of fantastic things Night Work, the Scissor Sisters’ latest album, came out today. Of course the station I work at has been playing the first single “Fire With Fire” for almost a month now. I’m guessing this is one that isn’t hitting the Hot AC charts any time soon. As far as the station goes, I’d like to be in more, but my schedule for going to WV just doesn’t allow for it.
